In real-time, based at least in part on the user behaviors and the items, a subsequent behavior of the user is predicted by machine logic. Cognitive recommendations are provided by machine logic to the user in real-time during the visit, corresponding to additional items based at least in part on the predicted behaviors and the items. Machine learning is used to train a system for facilitating the noted aspects, as well as to update training.

Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) may be employed to autonomously segment parts of an anatomical structure represented by image data, such as 3D MRI data. The CNN utilizes two paths, a contracting path and an expanding path. In at least some implementations, the expanding path includes fewer convolution operations than the contracting path. Systems and methods also autonomously calculate an image intensity threshold that differentiates blood from papillary and trabeculae muscles in the interior of an endocardium contour, and autonomously apply the image intensity threshold to define a contour or mask that describes the boundary of the papillary and trabeculae muscles. Systems and methods also calculate contours or masks delineating the endocardium and epicardium using the trained CNN model, and anatomically localize pathologies or functional characteristics of the myocardial muscle using the calculated contours or masks.

Advantageously, servers are constructed dynamically, on-demand and based on a tenant's workload requirements, by allocating from these resource pools. To set up secure environments for data processing (e.g., including machine learning), an access control system may first receive approval from an authorized user (e.g., an approver) granting access to data objects in a multi-tenant data store. The system may determine tenant-specific paths for retrieving the data objects from the data store, and may initialize a number of virtual computing engines for accessing the data. Each computing engine may be tenant-specific based on the path(s) used by that computing engine, and each may include an access role defining the data objects or data object types accessible by that computing engine. By accessing the requested data objects according to the tenant-specific path prefixes and access roles, the virtual computing engines may securely maintain separate environments for different tenants and may only allow user access to approved tenant data.
