so Sean who are you excited to see speaking at scy By The Bay next week well uh as a scholar Enthusiast personally and and first and foremost from from what we specialize in um thrilled to see Paul chiso coming to events uh and very excited to you know hopefully get to meet him and definitely hear his talk um and then I got to give my uh my guy steuart Stewart a shout out someone who's been a long time signifier um that we're really excited to uh to see stepping up on one of the main ages now so um those two probably got my my attention first and foremost but there's a lot of good speakers coming tell me why are we excited to be back at scow by the V well I think first and foremost um with with the largest community footprint of any agency um in the engineering realm it would be a disservice if we didn't show up to this event um one one of the things that was really important to myself and to signify in general was the ability to meet our candidates face to face um which has really died down since the pandemic so these uh events are in a perfect opportunity for us to um come see you guys and interact um and build a little bit more of a personal relationship um and then on top of that you know generally just trying to see the changes within the engineering community and uh some of the new technologies that are being used at the moment and some of the companies the are using them theme of the event is coding and AI how do we currently use that within our work you know you'd be surprised like with recruitment it does seem like it's a highly manual job but we use AI a ton on our job um most importantly for uh finding information online uh data scraping is import of course really important to us um as well as uh messaging like for our clients and for our candidates we actually use chat GPT a lot to screen our messages make them more personal make them more friendly um just generally give us more information so ai's been a huge help to uh the recruiting side for us in the last year all right Nicole why should we come and visit the signify Booth come visit the signify Booth to learn about our job opportunities we have tons of free SW flag and a Nintendo giveaway and most of all come meet us
