foreign hi there my name is Stuart and I like solving puzzles if you've seen me here before you might have seen me talk about solving the Rubik's Cube using group Theory or solving logic puzzles using relational programming well this year I'm back to talk about programming puzzles and the problem solving process behind them so I have spent hundreds of hours solving these programming puzzles under the pressure of a live audience in a tick and clock and that's given me the opportunity to record and analyze all of my mistakes so this talk is the result of that process and all of my learnings from it you might like to come if you like thinking about the problem solving process and the psychology and techniques behind it or perhaps you'd like to leverage your tooling and language of choice to make your problem-solving process more efficient and lucid or perhaps You're simply preparing for a live coding interview and you want to feel more comfortable and confident going into that well either way I'll be very happy to see at my talk at scale by the Bay
