yeah so my name is Sharon I'm uh I work for a fintech called chime we are based in San Francisco and I'm a Staff software engineer in the data platform team so we uh because we are a ftech company and we are a customer facing company we get a lot of questions from customers around disputes and um you know about questions about where they where their money is and so on and so forth and we are using AI to provide tools to make our agents jobs easier a support agents jobs easier so that they can use AI to find these answers more quickly for our customers so for I work in the data infrastructure world so at my in my work over the next year I there's going to be a lot of focus on streaming real time getting realtime insights to fight fraud and risk and so on and so forth so that and on the personal side personal project side I'm really excited to be solving um the problem of systematic literature review and trying to find out how we can use anonyms for that I really enjoy the uh the talk the iceberg talk by thebunker earlier earlier today and um and it's really relevant to us right now because we are trying to implement Iceberg so yeah scale by the way is the best conference period I I like the fact that it's a very diverse group of topics and diverse group of um speakers so it's not you know it's and the tracks are really well chosen so it's very easy to find really good content from different tracks so it's very well organized and very well curated in my opinion so I I really enjoy attending uh skin by the bay and also speaking here thank you for inviting me
