The most brilliant minds of the industry are there and it's like personally for me it's the best place for networking for real professional connections. Some of the most innovative and forward-thinking and kind people in the industry that I have the honor and pleasure to know. It's very interesting to me how tight-knit this community seems to be. Like a lot of the programming stuff people are kind of standoffish but just everybody seems to be really eager to talk to each other and share their knowledge and it's always just something cool to see. So you got something special here. It's a very developer focused conference. So you have people that are showing coding their slides, they would do live coding in front of the audience

And from that I think you can learn a lot as opposed to often seeing high level overviews of some software that you can only kind of try to grasp. It's a cool conference and you know it's in San Francisco. If you are interested in Scala, if you are interested in Data Cloud, they should come to attend this conference.
