you my name is Stephanie bein and i work at brigade and i work on the data team there as an engineer I first learned Scala when I was working at Twitter and they offer a scala school there so that's how I sort of got into it so I guess I'm pretty fortunate because that brigade I primarily right Scala and so we Scala to right spark jobs as well as micro services and so that's that's pretty ideal for me so it's been pretty great I don't know if there's a specific talk necessarily that I'm super excited for but I'm really interested in learning more about how people use Scala and big data stuff specifically in things like notebooks so sparknote bugs uplands and things that things like that the different kind of products that are offered you
