[Music] sure I'm Sabbath uyama them from no Manta and my title is VP oh and the VP of research there I think there's a great energy here i think the venue is really nice and it seems to be a nice mix of really technical people as well as business people and and there's a had a lot of great questions at my session [Music] well data is going to drive everything and I think you know particularly interested in the whole internet of things which is you know when the availability of data is just increasing exponentially and what you can do with the data and the amount of information that you can gain from it is just increasing exponentially and I think it's going to be a mind shift in how we think about data and how we act on the results of the data and I don't think people have fully realized it yet so I come from more of a machine learning standpoint and you know when you think about streaming data and internet of things the way you traditionally think about machine learning and identifying patterns just does not scale and does not apply so you really need to change the way you're approaching it and so you need to think of new systems and solutions completely from the ground up [Music] I think the best advice is just to get started I don't think you have to have a particular degree or a particular educational background I think anyone you have expertise you can bring to it and just get started there's so many online courses there's competitions I would highly recommend participating in competitions even if you don't win at first just the experience of trying real data and trying out algorithms well will be extremely beneficial [Music]
