[Music] I'm Ronald sujitha I'm with Darren ninja which is a text analytics API service company and I work as a architect the most exciting thing to me is a networking opportunity to meet peers who are doing similar work but maybe approaching problems differently to how we are approaching problems there's a lot of interesting ideas takeaways as well as talking to people who are interested in what we are doing and may be interested in using our services so we found lots of contacts of some useful people that we want to follow up and talk with [Music] well data is everything no we are collecting data at a much faster rate than we are able to process it and extract any insights out of it so that's a huge opportunity and you may have heard the phrase right there is a new oil and so there's a lot of arm explore opportunities with data in terms of what we can do what services that we can build and what problems that we can solve so I'm excited because there is just so much that we can do with the data that we are collecting then we just haven't even started [Music] the main insight I guess is very simple and that is you don't necessarily have to do the heavy lifting yourself solving text analytics problem is messy it's complex there's many different things that needs to come together and we have been working to solve this problem for many many years now and so we have built a service that simply vice that whole process and a whole title was to simplify text analytics and so the maining insight that I hope that people from our talk took away is that it truly is simplified if they can use our services and then they can focus on their own specific business problems rather than having to do things from scratch [Music] I would say to become a really great data scientist you need to get very good at working with data noisy messy unstructured data that is all around us if you're looking for a structured clean data you're going to be limited in terms of what you can do with it so a lot of what good good data scientists do is eighty percent is just pre-processing and dealing with the messy data and to get it to a forum where you can then apply some of the well-known techniques in terms of machine learning ideas but to get to that point requires a lot of work and it's may not be the glamorous part of being a data scientist but if you become really good at it eventually you'll become a good data scientist as well and you'll be a much more of a well-rounded data scientist by doing that [Music]
