my name is Omar alone so I work for Microsoft I'm a principal data scientist I think it's a great event I did enjoy last year's event than I was I'm looking forward to this year's event as well not all good people good networking great talks very cool community to be part of data is the new oil and how we hope to get as much as we can from this new el there's a lot of opportunities challenges and interesting stuff going on with data all over the world I work on the boring side of machine learning which is how to get good quality levels as you know we work on new modeling's and new techniques are going to do predictive analysis and predictive modeling making sure that you got the right data in for the modeling the models is going to get more and more important and its key so I like to work on that part which is how to leverage machines and humans to get the best levels possible that's a very that's a great question on passion and make sure that you can use all the tools that you know not just you know the traditional computational tools but just go back and look all these all the books that have a lot of good algorithms just use them and always look up data every day and I'm sure going to find cool stuff but always look at data always look at data from different angles and different perspectives and probably the most important thing is be passionate about what you do because can have a lot of good rewards not just monetary you
