my name is manish singh and i'm a CTO and co-founder of mighty lyrics it's the opportunity to engage with like-minded folks who are interested in technology and going deep into it and exploring all the different options that are out there and you know the numbers behind those technologies that's what is exciting I think the ability to do things with that data that has always existed and was you know somewhere in some data warehouse was lost somewhere but it's the ability to process large amounts of data that's really catching the attention and it's easy to see the results of that data processing with all the visualization technologies that exist so it's it's making for an ideal mix or I think that's my take on it and I think yeah like somebody said you know In God We Trust but the rest of you bring data my insight would be that every big data deployment is different and there is no way that you can characterize your deployment by looking up you know results of benchmarks and such on the on the internet you've got to run these loads and then have the right data be exported and then be able to characterize your workloads and be able to get good performance at the right price point so I think that's what I want to get you know that people to get that insight if you think if you know I think that's that's a big concern right now use all the tools that are out there but you know think all the time that's what makes everybody unique and I think that's what they got to leverage to be able to leverage all the tools but then bring their own analysis to it and ways to put it together that will help you influence others
