yes my name is Hernan ah sorry I'm the vice president of / of data science and I work for cell force always the opportunity to share what we were doing on the space of data science and how we are transforming that space to bring more innovation drive better value and faster value and do that as a scale in a way that is sustainable but more importantly I think that in this particular event the ability to connect with talent that is mostly local because it can change the way we live I think that at this point in time it is been I've been doing this for 20 years and it's been always the challenge of finding enough technology to run what we needed to run enough brainpower to think about the problems that we needed to think algorithms and sophistication and I think that this is like the perfect channel of having the data having the people having the math and making something unique happen that can either help the world to save lives help businesses to drive interactions that are more insightful to make homes more connected and give us a better quality of life and data is have the intersection of Oliver [Music] from my talk that you know we just did actually I think that the the importance of always thinking how you are creating impact irrespective of how small your team is and how you can drive substantial value if you do things at a scale bottom line the gist of the conversation was trying to identify how we do what we do are the scale with very few people and it's just applying basic good engineering principles and and getting more than with less how to become a data scientist I think that is all the basics about math coding skills curiosity and and to become a great woman is to be able to tell a story with everything that you know because the problem the biggest problem that I face right now even in hiding and we managed to have three amazing people from galvanize but is that it's really hard to convey a very good idea in a very attainable way because not everybody knows what we know so I think that what makes the difference between good and great are the people that can convey that meaning you
