sure my name is Aaron Calub I'm a head of product adulation it's been so exciting just to be among all the other data geeks and you people share their passion for data and for UX combined wise bolt it has always been cool and exciting I think what's cool now is that we have the techniques and technologies to really leverage it to make more data-driven decisions I thought organizations and in general yeah I think what I've been really excited about lately is this idea of behavior il of making humans behave better in the future based on observing the behavior humans are done in the past and our computers can be this great conduit between people to improve behavior I think when a mentally debated a scientists you the same thing need to be a scientist which is a mixture of curiosity is kind of the engine that drives you forward and the sort of rigor to distinguish the true from the spurious obviously we have a great computer scientist you need you know great training in computer science and you know great tools whether that's Python or potentially elation you
