you [Music] you artificial intelligence AI is actually well it's when you come up with a solution that's not predetermined that's not based on certain rules that have been hard written hard coded but it's actually based on learning by doing so in our case for example nvidia is a very good example of this they used our car platform that we provided to them to drive around and they learned how for example they learned how to stay between the white lanes by using a camera and monitoring the street in front of them detecting the white lane and then seeing that the car stays between the right length so the algorithm learns that's the rule I stay between the white lane however there's an exception if the indicator is turned on let's say to the left seems like that's when the car moves over to the left so now they know okay turning on the indicator means it's turning over to the left and through driving around many many times that neural network has learned that kind of behavior and it's not able to do lane-keeping for self-driving yeah I think the future will be there's a combination of traditional methods deterministic programming and and artificial intelligence where certain algorithms like generating a map there for a living soul I mean same algorithms are around combining lida with the hotel GPS solution that's already around there's no real reason to reinvent that for artificial intelligence but then it comes to more complex situations where the the magnitude of the problem becomes so large it would be difficult to find all the educators and and for those let's say the last twenty percent that's where artificial intelligence really comes in and can help to solve I don't know if it's exactly twenty percent but for those last edge cases where it becomes too complicated that's where a a holistic and artificial intelligence kind of learning makes a lot of sense yes so its autonomous stuff what we do is we help our customers to get to autonomy to self driving faster that's really the part we provide sensors like lighter radar GPS I'm use data storage solutions cameras we also provide compute platforms specifically I mentioned in video already the dr p x 2 and drive works which is a really nice environment to build your neural network in the in the automotive space so what we do is we help companies to get your autonomy at different kinds of engagement levels it could be just sensors but it can also be we provide a full by wire vehicle that you can control with computer commands integrated wizard life PX and we even have some computer algorithms that make the car drive right now we're learning about dr PX and drive works in the future we want to do our own programming to actually take advantage of artificial intelligence and we have the right guys already in house so stay tuned yeah i am the favorite thing is that it's very casual you have direct access i was actually speak earlier today so you have varied access to the audience there's lunches together and of course the the awesome roof deck is it's great with the views there for socializing it's not completely ideal to show off a car to drive around the streets are here very busy and there's no real parking lot so if the next one could be done somewhere where we have a demonstration parking lot i think a lot of people would want to see an autonomous stuff lincoln MKZ or golf polaris gem in action driven by a remote control by a game controller that would be great for next year you [Music] you
