you [Music] you ai is a tool that our customers use in order to make take maximum advantage of our lidar data so through AI they're able to perform a variety of tasks that they typically wouldn't just by hard coding with our lidar data AI has been very successful for self-driving in some very limited tasks sort of a modular approach spoken about by some of the other speakers today I think for genuine end-to-end approach it's probably not safe enough right now or not sure when it will be to be able to do a full self-driving car just with sensory input leading to vehicle output really the requests from our customers is providing more and more data and that that's really what our goal is we're not doing any of the the AI ourselves but our customers who are doing a I need the data and the traditional approach by older automotive OEMs is make it smaller make it make it tiny make it hidden from the public but to do full self-driving absolutely more data as necessary so that's kind of thing that we need to balance is a lot more data but also keeping it within the cost and the form factor requirements of car makers the thing about the data by the bay conferences I get to meet some incredible people in the field who are thinking about how to use our data so this is exactly the kind of a group of people I like to address and hopefully meet up with later to talk about how we can get sensors in hands [Music] you
