Universal Logic Knowledge Base (ULKB), Part 1

In the 'Knowledge' session of IBM's public Neuro-Symbolic AI Summer School, Uceda-Sosa presented Part 1 of the Universal Logic Knowledge Base talk, covering interlinked knowledge bases for broad encyclopedic, linguistic and commonsense knowledge as a foundation for neuro-symbolic reasoning. Part 2 (the ULKB logic language) was given by her IBM colleague Guilherme Lima.
