From ML models to Intelligent Applications: The Rise of MLOps

Invited SDS (Systems, Data Science) talk at VLDB 2021. Argues that as model building has become easy, the hard problems have shifted to operating whole ML-driven applications, and lays out the MLOps challenges that follow.
