Join us! ----- Zihe Huang, technical lead at Topl, is an open-source project and its goal is to make investing in foreign small and medium enterprises just as easily as investing in domestic companies. Topl is built on Scorex 2 and believes the power of blockchain can foster economic development and growth in developing countries. In this talk, I will be talking about why we chose Scala and Scorex and our development progress so far.
