Tensorflow and Swift We will discuss the history of neural network acceleration libraries (Tensorflow/Pytorch in particular), the current state of hardware/software integration (TPU/Volta in particular) and then look at where the industry is headed (LLVM+Functional Programming/Swift in particular).
