Kristen, PM for the Cryptocurrency team at Coinbase, joins us to discuss how technical features in Blockchain technology, such as forks, may erode the infrastructure of trust that Blockchain promises. Kristen Stone is the Product Manager at Coinbase leading the Cryptocurrency Payment team. Coinbase is the world's most widely used digital currency platform, where consumers, developers, and traders can interact with digital currency. Her focus is on identifying, researching, and developing new market opportunities. After becoming passionate about Bitcoin technology and digital currency in 2012, she moved across the country to join Coinbase. Since then, she has brokered partnerships with major financial institutions such as Fidelity and lead the launch of new assets on Coinbase such as Ethereum.
