Agents and Agency in the Internet with SpecialK/KVDB

SpecialK is a Scala library for writing distributed applications in an embedded DSL based on the applied Pi-calculus. The talk introduces the embedded DSL and its relationship to theory and practice, and looks at applications using SpecialK.
